With Christmas fast approaching you are probably well into the menu planning stages. I’m guessing you have your roasts, cold meats or seafood extravaganzas sorted and the plum pudding set aside, but maybe you’re still looking for some salads to accompany the meal?

I think the perfect Christmas salads should be not only taste amazing but be colourful, fresh and nourishing. I also love providing different textures (especially a bit of crunch!). I think all of the salads below below meet those criteria.
